Please read these terms carefully before engaging Anastas Architecte for residential design and spatial planning services. They outline the scope of our work, your responsibilities, and the limits of our liability.
Anastas Architecte provides architectural design, spatial planning, and renovation coordination for private residential projects. Our work includes site analysis, concept sketches, construction documentation, material selection, and liaison with local contractors. Any service outside this scope must be agreed upon in writing before work begins.
You agree to provide accurate information about your property, budget, and requirements at the start of the project. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or approvals from local authorities unless we explicitly agree to manage this process. Delays caused by missing or inaccurate information may affect project timelines.
All drawings, sketches, and design documents produced for your project remain the intellectual property of Anastas Architecte until final payment is received. Upon full settlement, you receive a license to use these documents for the construction of the agreed project. They may not be reused for other properties or projects without our written consent.
We exercise professional care in preparing designs and documentation. However, we are not responsible for defects in materials supplied by third parties, workmanship of contractors you engage directly, or issues arising from site conditions that were not disclosed or reasonably discoverable. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. You will be billed for all work completed up to the termination date, including design concepts, drawings, and coordination efforts already undertaken. Any unused portion of a prepaid consultation fee will be refunded within 14 days.
We may update these terms periodically to reflect changes in our practice or legal requirements. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued engagement with our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
